While you should feel good enough to go back to work the next day, it’s a good idea to take it easy the day you actually get the surgery. This will ensure that you can properly take care of the surgical wound in the hours immediately following the procedure, and that you don’t injure yourself trying to hurriedly eat after your treatment.
